**All Orders Are Roasted On Sunday**


We roast coffee in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Our primary roast day is Sunday. Orders placed before 6AM Sunday will be roasted and shipped by Tuesday. Orders placed after the cutoff will be roasted the following week.
