Grown in the heart of Brazil’s famed Cerrado region, this natural coffee highlights the strength and consistency the area is known for. The lot showcases the steady climate and gentle drying conditions of the Cerrado, bringing sweetness and structural balance to the cup.
We roast this to a medium to bring forward sweetness and body while maintaining clarity across brew methods. On the cup, expect smooth milk chocolate and nutty character at the center, with a rich golden raisin sweetness that carries through a rounded, approachable finish. Versatile and balanced, this coffee works beautifully through drip, pour over, and especially as espresso, where its sweetness and texture really shine.

The Brazil coffee is a decadent, indulgent bean! Used it as espresso, and it was such a rich tasting and bodied drink with great notes of peanut and chocolate.
