Brazil Salmo is one of the finest natural processed coffees we’ve experienced from Brazil. Grown in the Cerrado region, a relatively young but innovative area in Brazil’s rich coffee-growing landscape. This coffee reflects the region’s forward-thinking approach to cultivation. With consistent sunshine, farmers take advantage of the climate by pre-drying the coffee for 2 to 7 days before completing the process in mechanical dryers. We roast it just shy of medium to highlight its decadent flavor notes of Reese’s peanut butter cup, golden raisin, and graham cracker. With minimal acidity, this coffee is wonderfully versatile across all brewing methods, though we especially love it as a luxurious espresso.
