Our Decaf Mexico comes from the Veracruz region and is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process (SWP), a chemical-free method that preserves the bean’s natural character. We bring this roast to a medium, bringing out smooth notes of milk chocolate, raisin, and brown sugar—with the occasional hint of toffee. After testing several decafs, this one stood out as a clear winner. It’s a decaf you’ll actually look forward to drinking. Available in 12oz and 5lb bags.
