Our Decaf Mexico comes from the Veracruz region and is decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process (SWP), a chemical-free method that preserves the bean’s natural character. We roast it just shy of a dark roast, bringing out smooth notes of milk chocolate, raisin, and brown sugar—with the occasional hint of toffee.
