Grown in the highlands surrounding Pitalito in Huila, Colombia, this coffee comes from small family run farms where consistency and careful processing define the region’s reputation. This washed Supremo lot reflects Huila’s hallmark balance, sweetness, and dependable cup structure.
We roasted this one to a comfortable medium, leaning into sweetness and body while maintaining clarity. Expect dark chocolate and caramel at the core, supported by roasted almond and a gentle malic acidity that adds lift without sharpness. Smooth, balanced, and approachable, the cup finishes clean with lingering sweetness and structure.

This coffee has a great body and all of the tasting notes are so present. Leaves you with a clean, caramel taste. Love it!
The Colombia makes for a great pourover and an even better espresso! The beans were perfectly roasted and delicious; highly recommend for anyone looking for a versatile daily driver.
