Grown in the mountainous highlands of Mérida, Venezuela, this coffee comes from Finca La Curva, where careful cultivation and attention at the farm level shine through in the cup. Produced by Caracas Coffee Trade, this washed Castillo highlights clarity, balance, and natural sweetness rooted in its high elevation growing condition.

We kept this roast light to let the origin speak. Expect bright mandarin notes up front, a crisp malic acidity, and a soft cane sugar sweetness that carries through a clean, balanced finish. The cup is lively yet approachable, with enough structure to stay refreshing without feeling sharp.
