This naturally sweet tea comes from the highlands of Matagalpa and Jinotega, Nicaragua. Made from the dried fruit of Pacamara coffee cherries that are picked super ripe, sun dried, and sorted by hand for a clean, easy drinking brew.

How It’s Made:

Smallholder farmers in Nicaragua hand pick the brightest red cherries. Gold Mountain’s ripeness team hauls them down the mountain to dry in the sun, then hand separates the fruit so you get nothing but pure cascara goodness.

Brew Guide:

16g to 300g water, 5-minute steep. Keep it simple, no stirring needed.
