Grown on the slopes of the Andes in the Quindío region of Colombia, this coffee comes from Finca Campo Hermoso. A family farm led by innovator Edwin Noreña. Careful cultivation meets experimental processing, resulting in an exceptionally vibrant and expressive cup. Produced through a sequential co-fermentation with passion fruit and mossto.
We kept this roast light to highlight the fruit-forward complexity. Expect explosive tropical energy up front, bright passion fruit layered over blue raspberry candy and juicy tropical Skittles. As the cup cools, there’s an almost confection like sweetness with notes reminiscent of wild berries and rainbow candy that carry through a clean, lively finish. Wildly juicy yet maintains clarity and balance, making it both a thrilling and approachable experience in the cup.
