We were instantly impressed the moment we cupped this roast. As it rest around the 2-3 week mark, the flavors only got better and better. It’s a true flavor burst with bright, fruity tropical notes upfront, followed by smooth, sweet milk chocolate, and a lingering sweetness that leaves you wanting another sip.
