Grown at 1,750 meters on his farm \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cem\u003e\u003cspan\u003eEl Sendero\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/em\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, Andres combines his family’s coffee growing roots with a thoughtful, experimental approach to fermentation and processing.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eFor this caturra floral,\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cspan\u003e ripe cherries are carefully hand selected and fermented for 48 hours in sealed tanks with beer yeast. The coffee is then depulped and fermented for an additional 24 hours before being slowly dried in mucilage on raised beds.
